On June 4, 5 – 6.30 PM CET/ 6 – 7.30 EEST our 4th Lecture Series continues with the fifth Lecture with an input from Sofiia Brem, from Big City Lab in Kyjiv and from Stefan Gabi, from Rupprecht Consult GmbH in Köln. The lecture will be translated into both English and Ukrainian.

About the lectures:
During the lecture of Sofiia Brem, you will learn the basic structure of the contents of the „The Album of barrier-free solutions„ manual and how to use it. What is the difference between universal construction and adaptation of the existing one? Can simple solutions make the space friendly for people with autism or people with children? How does accessibility affect recommendations for decisions in space during wartime? We will consider examples of accessible environment scenarios for entrances, streets, public buildings, public spaces. In the lecture of Stefan Gabi, he will reflect on experience gathered in his work with different European cities and his projects in Lviv, such as their Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan and “Street for All”.
